How to Make Edible Paste Glue for Toddlers

You will need:
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 to 1/2 cup warm water

Stir mixture quickly and often. Add water as the paste thickens. Use fingers or a paintbrush to distribute the edible glue recipe.

Other versions require boiling these ingredients, but this works just fine for our purposes. This simple edible glue is eatable, safe, and non-toxic.
