Artisan Bread

Angie's Homemade Artisan Bread Recipe
This is perfect for Bread (1 big loaf), 28 in Loaves or dinner rolls.




Cartoon Loaf of Bread.  Do not expect yours to look this 2D.
For Quick Rising Dough


3 Cups Bread Flour
11/2 t instant yeast
2T of any season you want if you so desire 
( I enjoy using Pampered Chef Rubs and Dipping seasonings)
11/2 T Sugar
11/2 t salt
11/2 C. warm water
11/2 T olive oil/infused oil


Mix all dry ingredients and then add the water and oil. Let rest for 2 hrs.
Fold dough 3-4x's then cover for another 2 hrs. Preheat oven to 425 and bake for 30 min.  Unless making rolls then for 15 min. I made the rolls last night to go with our beef stew and afterwards wished I had taken a picture of everything. I got 17 rolls out of the dough but then again I didn't make them of equal size.

  2. This one is so simple! One thing I did leave out was to make sure to put down enough flour so when you fold it, it wouldn't stick that bad. Hope you try it out and like it!
