Recipe For Quick Rising Dough

3 Cups Bread Flour
11/2 t instant yeast
2T of any season you want if you so desire
( I enjoy using Pampered Chef Rubs and Dipping seasonings)
11/2 T Sugar
11/2 t salt
11/2 C. warm water
11/2 T olive oil/infused oil

Mix all dry ingredients and then add the water and oil. Let rest for 2 hrs. Fold dough 3-4x's then cover for another 2 hrs. Preheat oven to 425 and bake for 30 min.  Unless making rolls then for 15 min. I made the rolls last night to go with our beef stew and afterwards wished I had taken a picture of everything. I got 17 rolls out of the dough but then again I didn't make them of equal size.

  1. This year I have decided to finally learn how to bake bread. This recipe sounds simple enough, I just might give it a try! Stopping by from BlogFrog by the way. www.questofthenocturnalbaker.blogspot.com

  2. This one is so simple! One thing I did leave out was to make sure to put down enough flour so when you fold it, it wouldn't stick that bad. Hope you try it out and like it!
