Guacamole and chips are a perfect quick snack for a Super Bowl party, or any party, or just because! This recipe is super quick and easy too. The key to successful guacamole is the ripeness of the avocado. Choose an avocado that feels a little loose in its skin. A gentle squeeze should allow some give, but not enough to poke through the skin. Also, you can control the spiciness of the guacamole by choosing mild, medium, or hot salsa.

Shape this dip into a football for a fun theme party. If you are having a party with little kids or even teenagers, make smaller versions of the football for individual servings!
Super Bowl Guacamole Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1/4 c. salsa
1/2 T. lime juice
2 T. sour cream
1 t. Mexican seasoning or taco seasoning.
How to Make:
1. Peel the avocado and remove the flesh from the pit with a butter knife.Using a fork, mash up the avocado as well as possible.
2. Add salsa and lime juice and continue to mash the mixture with your fork until mixed.
3. Add sour cream and Mexican seasoning. Mix well.
4. Shape into a football, draw on cream cheese laces. Divide for individual servings.
5. Chill.
