How to Make Parmesan Tater Nachos Tatchos
Ingredients:
1 20 oz. bag of Alexia Sweet Potato Tots
1 c. Marinara Pasta Sauce
1 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
Cook tater tots per package directions. (crispy)
Push tots together to minimize the amount of empty space between tots.
Cover evenly with marinara sauce.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 min. or until cheese is melted, slightly browned.
