Easy Pizza Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
Leftover mac and cheese or make it from scratch
Milk
Pizza sauce or favorite spaghetti sauce
Oregano
Mozzerella Cheese
Salt, Pepper, and Parmesan
Pepperoni or Sausage (Optional)

The day after mac and cheese usually requires some freshening up. My daughter says "it's frozen" when she sees it hard and congealed.

The best way to doctor leftover mac and cheese is to place it over low heat on the stovetop and stir in milk until desired consistency.

Then, depending on how many leftovers you have, add 1/2 - 2
Cups pizza or spaghetti sauce. Don't add too much or it will taste like spaghetti soup. It should look orange and creamy (see picture).

Add pepperoni or sausage if desired.

Add a cup of Mozzerella Cheese.

Stir in a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Next, add a dash of Oregano to desired taste. Keep stirring over low heat until heated through.

Plate out, and sprinkle on the Parmesan.

Delishhh!

1 cup brown sugar
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple slices, undrained
5 maraschino cherries, drained and halved
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 package (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Crumble brown sugar into bottom of Deep Covered Baker. Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set aside. Arrange several pineapple slices over brown sugar in Baker. Chop any unused pieces and set aside.
Place a cherry half in center of each pineapple slice. Sprinkle with nuts (optional). Add enough water to reserved pineapple juice to measure 1 1/3 cups liquid. In Classic Batter Bowl, combine cake mix, pineapple juice, reserved chopped pineapple, eggs and oil; whisk until well blended and smooth. Pour over pineapple slices in Baker. Microwave on high, 10-12 minutes, until the top is set.
Allow to stand 5 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving platter.
Cool slightly; garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
